    1. I enjoyed perusing this - seems to have some good recipes. But not exactly what I'm looking for right now.

    2. I used this book to help write a paper about nervine herbs. It had a great explanation about the different kinds of nervine herbs, which was very useful.I'm going to essentially repeat a review from another book in this series because it is accurate for this book as well. It was okay because the books in the Storey Basics series by Rosemary seem to repeat much of the same information.     5. Absolutely loved this book. I'm very into holistic medicine and this book was a great reference guide for me. The book has all the best herbs for anxiety and stress, and what each one does, and how best to use them. I'm ready to go out to my herb store now! Definitely a book to buy!!!!
