    1. This is helpful for those who have literally no background on herbal remedies. Lots of basic information on how these herbs/plants can be used. her list of 15 common healing plants if a great foundation. For someone with already some experience and background in herbalism, I wouldn't recommend this except for maybe a quick refresher.

    2. Nothing new here I could have written this book as there is nothing new and no recipes in it. Items in this book is basic knowledge that has been written about too many times. A waste of money

    3. Waste of money Not worth the price at all. Gave very little information. Really disappointed with it. Most of the information given was stuff most people already know.

    4. Easy readI Wish it would have had more info about herbs, it was very simple and incredibly basic, but still a good book
