    4. A lot of information, much to much to digest in one reading. Got boring and had to put it down to really absorb all the information. But I will revisit this book at a later date.I had to return It to the library before, I could get through all the notes I wanted to take from it as it was on reserve for another person. Its on my list of books to check out again.Would have liked more information on diet and recipe suggestions though.

    5. This was interesting, as I have been successfully following Atkins. This is basically Atkins with a lot of coconut oil added in.
