    1. 4.5 stars This was another great addition to the Love and Salvage series. These stories all read like small pieces to the bigger puzzle leaving me hungry for the rest of the whole story. Here, we meet Levi, of the Gaither clan, who is such a damaged soul. Having suffered horribly at the hands of his father, he is a scarred young man, though, remarkably, he carries most of it on the outside. He is off to pick up some materials and make a big delivery to the home of Seth Okuda.Seth is a sweet guy w [...]

    2. So it was cute. Yeah, great review! Seth is the pretty, twinkish guy and Levi is the bigger, bearded, muscled guy. Levi sees Seth and that's all she wrote. Three days in and they're at the insta-love stage. It's like reading a Siren book with raunchier sex. (I'm not even saying that as an insultI enjoy a Siren book every now and again.) Anyways, we're talking foot fetish, a bit of snowballinge good stuff. We did get a ghost in the book and I will admit, I found that aspect really fun. Easy, quic [...]

    3. Very sweet love story. I've enjoyed the series, but I don't feel like the supernatural aspect fits in with how the series started. Also, there are too many editing errors. I'm not a real stickler when it comes to this normally, but their are major editing issues.

    4. 4 Heart Review by DanIn the fourth installment in this series, Mr. Ortiz is again taking us into the world of the unknown. We still have the Georgia Rednecks, but this time we have something that goes bump in the night, as well as other times of the day!Levi Gaither is a cousin of the other Gaithers in the previous stories. Poor Levi has had a hard life. His mother is a tramp, and none of his brothers and sisters are actually his father’s children. It is obvious looking at them. Levi is his fa [...]

    5. Skin Tight Levi’s is a continuation of the story that started with Loving Emmett and it, like the previous one, delivers! Levi’s is a sweet and funny book, which I enjoyed tremendously! This installment re-introduces us to Levi Gaither, a cousin to Emmett and Bumper, and nephew to Oscar. Like all our Gaither men, he is a redneck who loves antiques and furniture restoration. He’s not as big and brawny as his relatives, but manual labor has been very kind to him. But more importantly he’s a [...]

    6. This book was an interesting choice for me. I’ve been introduced to a new author and I like where some of his ideas are going, however I may not have picked the best example of his work to start off with. I liked the ideas here, but sometimes the inner dialog of the MCs didn’t match the descriptions of characters. As an example Levi is supposed to be a quiet guy but his inner monologue paints him as more social, just gun shy about his scars and inexperience. Plus, inconsistencies and poor ed [...]

    7. I normally find insta-love in books annoying, but with Seth and Levi it just works. The bulk of this book takes place over four days and a whole lot happens. Remember that old rhyme from our youth - “Sticks and stones will break your bones, but words will never hurt you”? That is just not true, words can break your soul. Both of these men endured horrible childhoods full of abuse and somehow came out on the other side as genuine kind men. Levi was saved by his supportive family and Seth has [...]

    8. A sweet little story. I really enjoyed it but did struggle a bit. Serious editing issues. This is part of a series but is stand alone. While you do meet the characters from the other books they don't muddle this story.I do plan on reading the rest of the series because the characters are likable and the story is sweet. Mathew Ortiz has great potential as an author but is in need of a professional editor. Incorrect pronouns, head hopping and repetitive backstory make parts of the book confusing b [...]

    9. I like the series, but the addition of the supernatural aspect to the story line muddles it all up. The series is all over the place - am I reading about good old Southern rednecks with hearts of gold and a fascinating salvage/antique business or an urban fantasy? The errors in this book were worse than the others to the point where it became ludicrous - is it lunch time or nearly dinner time? Were they eating beef bourguignon or chicken fricassee? And who's perspective am I reading - Levi or Se [...]

    10. I don't know how I feel about this book I liked Levi and Seth I enjoyed their love story It was engaging and just the right amount of drama with Seth's mother I guess it was this ghost thing that didn't fit for me And I'm not saying I didn't like that part of the book It's more like it didn't fit I can't really explain it You're gonna have to read it to understand what I'm tryna say That's why I give it 3 stars But I will still keep reading this series It was still a good read

    11. I really don't understand all of the high ratings for the books in this series. I love the characters however they all desperately need an good editing. If I hadn't bought the first four all at once I wouldn't have continued reading the series despite loving the characters. These truly read like a first draft manuscript that needs tightening up. With a good editor I think this series would be great.

    12. I like this series and the enjoyed getting to know Seth and Levi. The only thing I didn't care for was the addition of the paranormal plot. It felt like it was taking something away rather than adding to the story. Honestly, the more I read of it the more I thought it was trying to set up a new book.

    13. Skin Tight Levi'sI don't know what to say about this book in the series except why did it have to end. Mathew Ortiz has a wonderful series on his hands that has only gotten better with each new story.

    14. Seth is adorable and Levi totally broke my heart. Together they were simply awesome! I liked the ghost woven into the story and look forward to seeing more from the Restless Spirits crew.
