    1. This was originally published in the '70s as part of DC's treasury-sized Limited Collector's Editions series. I saw it on the newsstand when it was first published and passed it up in favor of getting four regular sized comics. A buck was hard to part with for one comic, you know?Anyway, the story and art holds up. As another reviewer stated, the stories themselves were pretty much taken directly from the Bible.     2. Not the very best, but good. It's interesting to see how the DC folks realized the early Bible stories into a graphic novel. The text pretty much all comes right out of the Bible, and the illustrations are reminiscent to me of the Tarzan and John Carter illustrations. Very 70's fabulous as far as comics go.
