    1. This series has taken me a while to get through because it's not one that I can read for a few minutes and leave. It has long chapters and multiple story lines so I had to make sure I could sit and read for a while. And as it was about the end of the world, sometimes I had to read some 'brain candy' in between sessions!Things I liked:1- Likeable characters. I really came to enjoy the boys from the border lands, Dove and his Santos Soldados. They were typical teenage boys in many respects but had [...]

    2. I enjoyed the last 2 series of this novel. The faith and courage of the Saints inspired me to continue the Lord's work. There were many bad things that happened to the Saints that I never thought about before and made me reflect on myself on whether if I am prepared spiritually when the world turns against us and the Lord? It amazes me how easily we could be blind and miss the message when we are not spiritually prepared. Pride and power can easily overtake us if we're not careful and keeping ou [...]

    3. I liked the series, I just think they dragged on too long. I kept thinking that I just wanted to get finished with it, that isn't a good sign for me. I would rather get done and think it got over way too fast! It had way too many main characters and jumped around so much that I just wanted to skip parts and find out what happened to the ones I thought were main characters! It did make me stop and look at my life and what I am doing to prepare for that day, and what needs to get better, so that w [...]

    4. More like 3.5 stars. This was definitely an interesting series. It's very loosely based on the book of revelation and what *could* happen in the last days before the 2nd coming of Christ. Some of it creeped me out, some of it inspired me, and some of it was cheesy. I feel like the writing could have been better as the stories tended to jump around a lot and sometimes I couldn't keep up with it. An interesting read and it made me think though.

    5. All three of these books could and should have been about 200 pages shorter than they were. The second book in this series is by far the best. I was bored by Garza's plotline, which takes up way too much time in this novel. The final battle was not all that dramatic, nor waswell, anything else. Eh. I'd say, don't waste your time on this series.

    6. Satisfying to read as one of the truer works of fiction set in the final days approaching the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

    7. I really am excited about the last days. So cool that this author has had some fun writting fiction about it.
